Authentic Ingredients

From Genoese Basil D.O.P. to Vessalico garlic, from Italian pine nuts to aged cheeses (Parmigiano Reggiano and Pecorino Fiore Sardo), and the finest extra virgin olive oil from the Ligurian Riviera: you will learn how to recognize the quality and the role of each ingredient.
